I been in the construction field for 20 years and inspecting over 10 years. I know each construction field and seen the mistakes that can be made. If there is a defect I will find them !. Every home inspection is a complete and thorough analysis of all the major systems and components in the home. Ideally, you will accompany me during the inspection, so that you'll have visual reinforcement of your written report. The inspection report includes a clear description of what I've found, with any problem areas noted so you can easily identify them. I provide free telephone consultations after your inspection.

As a experienced licensed New Jersey Home Inspector and ICC - International Code Council Certified Building Inspector. My knowledge is enhanced through continuing education which exceeds new jersey home inspector licensing standards and as an ICC inspector I am required to take ICC continuing education classes and pass ICC state test.

Basements, Crawl Spaces, and Foundation, Structure - insulation, ventilation, posts, vapor barriers, utility attachment, structural items, floors and walls, and columns.
Attics - insulation, ventilation, rafters, joists and collar ties, trusses, wiring attachments, and other visible related items.	Exterior - siding materials, decks, porches, grading, attachments, windows, sashes and lintels, vents, entryways, and other visible exterior related components.
Interior - floors and ceilings, walls, stairs and banisters, fireplaces, finishes, sinks, cabinets, shelving, built-in appliances, smoke detectors and safety-related items, and other visible interior-related components.	Heating and Cooling Systems - furnace/boiler, air cleaning parts, ductwork, electric gas sniffer testing, air conditioner and lines, and other visible related HVAC/Boiler components.
